PURDUE v.s. DUKE........Beginning at 9pm tonight the claws will come out and the marriage vows will be pushed aside. My passion runs deep for my mighty Boilermakers and Andy is (as some would call it!) obsessed with Duke basketball. I feel for Vegas who will be subject to listening to the cheers, shouts, and verbal jabs that are sure to be flying back and forth through our living room. Oh, who am I kidding.....she will probably be hiding under our nightstand by the time the first whistle even sounds!
Any ideas as to what our bet should be?!?!

Kacey and I had a bet when Kentucky and Florida State played in a bowl game last year. But it would be a lot stiffer penalty for losing in basketball.
It went like this: whoever's team lost had to wear at least one item of the other team's apparel for every game their team played. So, Kacey had to wear Kentucky gear for every Florida State football game this year, since UK won the bowl game. It didn't matter if the game wasn't on TV or if she was working during the time FSU was playing, she had to wear something Kentucky. But, there are way more games in basketball, so it would be one heck of a bet.

A rough bet for basketball season, indeed! Definately worth the discussion though. I am sure Andy will fill you in on the results on your way to the multi tomorrow.
yeah. don't bet that. i had to wear a kentucky shirt TO a florida state game this season. i was the only person in the whole stadium wearing blue. and there has been talk of a trip to the bowl game (if we get the chick-fil-a bowl)... i will be wearing kentucky blue there too.
