Carter - 2 months.

Our sweet boy is 2 months old! 
His stats from his doctor appointment......
weight: 15.8 lbs  (97th percentile)
length: 24 inches  (90th percentile)

He nurses every 2.5 to 3.5 hours during the day.  During the night, I give him a "dream feed" around 10ish before I go to bed and then he wakes once in the night somewhere between 2am and 3am.  Typically then he makes it till morning (6 or 7ish) until he wants to eat again.  He sleeps in his crib at night, but mostly in his swing or car seat (when we are on the go) during the day.  He doesn't nap for real long stretches of time, and I don't force it like I did with my first born, so he may have 2 shorter naps between feedings rather than the one longer (1.5 hour) one the books all recommend.  He is content and happy, so we just go with it.  Overall, his disposition is much more flexible than what we experienced with Olivia.  God does answer prayer!

Carter is a big snuggler and loves to nestle his way into your arm or shoulder.  He is fairly easy to calm when he gets upset and doesn't cry too often, unless he is hungry or has a gassy tummy.  He likes his pacifier, but has just found his fingers in the last few days!  This morning he fell asleep while sucking on them, which was a first. 

He is wearing size 2 diapers and 3-6 month or 6 month clothes. There isn't anything tiny about our little guy anymore!  He will be giving Olivia a run for her money pretty soon!

We are madly in love with this sweet sweet boy!  He has started to "talk" a little and his noises melt me into a puddle.  He also gives out grins that are beyond adorable!  He is tolerant of his big sister's loud noises and also of her rough hugs and pats!  He is the perfect addition to our family and we couldn't be more blessed!
